The Ryazan Region (situated 200 km to the south-east from Moscow) is one of the leaders in Russia in terms of rates of national and foreign investment growth with a very favorable investment environment.
The high ranking officials of the Government of Ryazan Region will present the project with a strong state support including ready for use regional infrastructure “Industrial Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Pronsk district”. This project will be of great interest for investors; following guarantees will be granted to SEZ residents :
- reduction of income tax rates (to 15,5%), property tax rates (to 0%), land tax rates (to 0%), transport tax rate
- construction of engineering infrastructure facilities financed from the budget
- free customs zone regime
- accelerated depreciation coefficient
- “single window” principle in SEZ administration
Investors shall construct plants for production of high-tech equipment for the chemical, radio-electronic industry, optoelectronics, instrument making and energy industries. The total volume of the expected investments amounts to $1.5 billion.
